Professional regulations:
The professional regulations for the profession of alternative practitioners (=Heilpraktiker) form the law on the professional practice of medical science without appointment (= alternative practitioner law / Heilpraktikergesetz, HPG) from 17.02.1939.
The professional regulation for the profession of state-recognized physiotherapists is the law on occupations in physiotherapy (= Massage and Physiotherapy Act, MPhG) of May 26, 1994.
